(2) Extortion committed repeatedly, or by a group of persons by prior agreement, or committed with the use of violence, weapons, or explosives,-

shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to twelve years with confiscation of property and police supervision for up to three years.

Not bad, huh?! :)
I wonder if those Who try to blackmail imaginary victims have thought about criminal liability?! I guess not :)
Continuing the topic mentioned, I would like to share a joke:

Some called mom at night — said that her son had hit a pedestrian and urgently needed money. And her son was sleeping in the next room (he came to visit).
