If at an early stage You convincingly make Your spouse understand that You will no longer tolerate such outbursts, but over time the situation repeats itself, be careful! This is already a serious warning! It is important here to set a clear boundary in the relationship in time and leave without fear, without waiting until You are harmed!

I am not urging You to break up your family! Not in the slightest! I only advocate that You preserve Your health, life, willpower, and avoid the path of masochism, where the psyche and will are already so damaged and shaken that they cannot be restored in a single day!

Do not allow the aggressor to use forceful methods, shouting, or screaming against You or Your children! If You refuse to tolerate such behavior and consider it unacceptable toward Yourself, believe me, there are people on planet Earth who share Your view!
