Purity of thought is built on forgiveness and understanding, beginning with
ourselves. Before we forgive others, let us first and foremost sincerely forgive
ourselves.

Why is it necessary to forgive Ourselves first? It's in Each of Our
natures to judge ourselves unconsciously, and we do so unconsciously.
By judging ourselves, without always fully understanding why exactly, we engage in self-digging, which leads nowhere and, rather, leads to a dead end; we try to find mistakes in ourselves, using criticism directed at ourselves, without fully understanding what we did wrong and why what we are not happy with happened and is happening to us; thereby creating and strengthening within us a destructive sense of guilt. Let's set ourselves this attitude: we're doing Everything Right! And if something doesn't suit us, it can always be fixed, and if that's no longer possible, then there's no point in thinking about it anymore.
You can change Your attitude toward a situation that happened in the past and
can no longer be undone! And You can also change the attitudes of Everyone involved!
Self-judgment occurs on a subconscious and unconscious level. BUT IT HAPPENS
WITH US! Let's stop judging and criticizing Ourselves, because we did
Everything Right, or at least that's what we thought at the time of making the decision!
Each of You is able to see, discern and understand this if You clearly and
in detail examine the relationship of events that preceded the situation that
occurred or is occurring, which will lead to an understanding of why it
happened exactly this way and not otherwise.
Nothing happens spontaneously or by itself! Every situation is the result of preceding
events and our actions that led to this outcome!
After You are able to identify the reason for what happened and why it happened, You
can mentally move into that very situation and sincerely tell Yourself: “I forgive myself...
I did Everything right,” and then: “I forgive You and do not hold a grudge against You”
(the Person who, in Your opinion, treated You unfairly).
Say the words of forgiveness sincerely, from the bottom of Your heart. Say them as
many times as necessary until You feel a sense of lightness throughout Your body!
Release those emotions that are eating You up from the inside, and let them go!
And when You feel that a heavy burden has been lifted from Your shoulders and
Your open heart (heart chakra) has begun to fill with warmth and love, consider that
You have gotten rid of the block or the obstacle that was inside You.
A state of extraordinary lightness, genuine joy – these feelings now fill You! You feel a s if You've been reborn... You did it!... Remember this feeling!!!...and enter it every time You feel internal tension, blocks, a state of emptiness, irritability, a flow of negative thoughts from the outside, or hostility towards Someone.
A state of calm, peace, and inner joy—this is Your protection from negativity. It's Your inner
World that nourishes You, and it's what matters most! You are filled with light! This
protection against otherworldly interference (purposeful or unconscious), against
penetration into Your biofield and its destruction by energy vampires, and You have
now become untouchable!!!
Purity of thought presupposes a path of forgiveness, creating a state of inner peace.
Those who abide in purity of thought cannot be stressed, for in doing so they
spiritually enrich themselves, others...and most importantly, themselves and their
inner Spiritual World.
By forgiving Ourselves and others, repenting of our wrongdoings, we come to a greater understanding of our nature, the world, and become closer to God... the one we forgive, release, and submit to God's judgment no longer clouds our minds with grievances; we no longer bear this unbearable burden...
Result: lifting a burden, a heaviness, and prolonging Your happy and healthy life. After
some time, You may receive information that the Person You forgave has repented or
deeply regrets their actions. I will discuss such phenomena in subsequent lectures.
Forgiveness is Your Powerful Force, which removes energetic and informational
blocks from You, transforming You into a Person with great abilities. You have
no blocks; You are open to the World, to the Cosmos, to the Universe. And they are open to You.
Understanding is also a very important element. After all, if we can understand,
then we can forgive. If Someone treats us unfairly or doesn't do what we want, let's try
to understand what drives them, why they act the way they do...
There's no need to rush to judge him. After all, when a Person does something, something motivates them... but what exactly? We need to try to think and understand... because only then can we change the situation or our attitude toward it... I always wish health, happiness, love and all the best to those People who are unfair to me or to those close to me, no matter what. I wish this with all my heart, sincerely. So that You don't destroy Yourself from within, don't hold this burden inside... And believe me, this is the best protection! I've personally tested it time and time again!
By acting unfairly towards others and realizing it is so, such a Person suffers first and
foremost, destroying his own inner World! If he thought more often about the purity of
his thoughts, he would be driven by different thoughts and his actions would probably be different.
After all, only we ourselves create and shape our inner and outer Worlds. Only we
ourselves create and shape the World we live in! Remember this!
It also happens that we have forgiven ourselves and others, but something inside us
still bothers us and does not leave us completely. In this case, I can advise returning
to the situation that does not give us peace, to see it again, to enter into it with our
thoughts and try to completely dissolve it in our imagination, to see it in the sunlight.
Try, dissolve it in sunlight, until it disappears from Your imagination or Your
attitude toward it changes. You can do it! I know it! Gradually, the situation will
fade from Your consciousness...
All of the above practices require daily self-improvement, but believe me, there's no need
to fear or put it off. You just need to begin, and the process of forgiveness, understanding,
and inner cleansing will begin naturally. Just get started... and the result is improved
well-being, health, and appearance. By changing Your attitude toward the World
Around You, accepting it as it is, without trying to change anything, which is practically
impossible, You will find a sense of harmony and give Yourself a joyful life. And it really is!
Believe me, nothing is impossible in this World! Everything we consider impossible
is only in our minds, our thoughts, or our imaginations. Nothing more! We simply
need to change our perspectives on life, our inner attitudes, and see them differently,
see them and accept them as success! We need to see ourselves as who we want to be!
Anything is possible! Nothing is impossible!
God created each of us in His own image, which means He endowed us with the abilities that are His own!
The main goal is unimpeded thinking, leading to success. As you work on Yourself, learn to see the results!
